“Two and a Half Men” producer Chuck Lorre is branching out. He re-signed with Warner Bros. Television in a four-year deal that will give him the option to expand into writing movies and dramas. Lorre is also the executive producer of “Mike & Molly” and “The Big Bang Theory,” both on CBS. He’s been with Warner Bros. for 12 years.
 

 

 

Mindshare has named Mary Carpenter head of its Chicago office, replacing Dan Reaume, who has taken on a client leadership role. Carpenter had been executive vice president and managing director at Halogen Response Media.

MEC China has named Sean Mellows head of investment management, reporting to president Christian Guinot. Mellows has previously held positions at Carat and OMD in the UK.

TargetCast tcm has promoted Larry Orell to new business director, working with the agency's TargetCast Inside division. Orell was previously managing director.

Katz Media Group has named Mort Greenberg president of Katz 360, the company's digital sales arm. Greenberg, who will officially make the move on Oct. 1, was previously global head of ad sales for the location and commerce division at Nokia.

DKI Healthcare Marketing has named Bebe Bernstein chief operating officer, which includes finance, HR and IT duties. Bernstein was previously senior vice president and director of operations at Flashpoint Medica.

Paul Roberts has been named chief executive officer at The Starr Conspiracy, an agency based in Fort Worth. Robert joins from Tribal DDB Worldwide, where he was general manager.

 

 

Rick Lewchuk has been named senior vice president of creative services at CNN Worldwide, a new position based in Atlanta. Lewchuk had been senior vice president of CTV Creative Agency and brand strategy.

E.J. Conlin has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing and communications at RLTV, the cable network targeting audiences age 50 and older. Conlin joined the network in 2008 as vice president of marketing.

Olivia Holt is set to star in Disney Channel's original movie "Girl vs. Monster," which will air on Oct. 12. Holt also stars on Disney XD's "Kickin' It."

 

 

Online video advertising technology company Genesis Media has named Mark Yackanich chief executive officer, as well as interim CEO, and has appointed co-founder Andrew Reis chairman of the board. Yackanich was previously chief executive officer at MegaPhone Labs.

 

 

Ifti Ifhar has been named chief financial officer and chief operating officer at ComQi, a digital out-of-home technology company. Ifhar has previously held positions at AGT International Group and 4D Security.

D1 INK, an out-of-home media printing firm, has named Melissa Howell national sales manager. Howell previously held positions in customer service and marketing throughout Texas and Alabama.
