Media agency Vizeum U.S. has named Jan Weinstein client president, reporting to chief executive officer Steven Feuling. Weinstein joins from Carat, where she was executive vice president and managing director.
Zachary Treuhaft, chief digital officer at Grey Group, has left his position after nearly three years with the agency. Treuhaft is reportedly set to join Omnicom Media Group, although an official announcement hasn’t been made.
Warren Spector has been named chief financial officer at Raycom Media, after previously serving in the same role at Barrington Broadcasting. Spector has also previously held positions at Retlaw Enterprise and Fisher Communications.
Audio ad sales company AdLarge Media has brought in Yvonne Lacey, naming her vice president of digital sales development. Lacey is a former national media director at Fox.
Digital publishing company Outbrain has made two promotions, naming Ayal Steiner managing director for the Asia Pacific region and Anthony Hearne vice president of global sales marketing. Steiner had been general manager for Australia and New Zealand, while Hearne was regional director for Southeast Asia, India and new markets.
Pregnancy and parenting website BabyCenter has named Laurie Dewan vice president of research, insights and data, putting her in charge of the company’s research and analytics team. Dewan was previously head of insights at Rdio.
BBC America has cast Samuel Barnett in the lead role of its upcoming series “Dirk Gently,” about an eccentric detective. Barnett most recently appeared in the shows “Endeavour” and “Not Safe for Work.”
Anthony Stewart Head has joined the cast of Freeform’s upcoming series “Guilt,” in a recurring role as a wealthy stepfather. Head has most recently appeared in “Dominion” and “You, Me & Them.”
USA has added Cynthia Addai-Robinson to the cast of “Shooter,” its upcoming drama series starring Ryan Phillippe. Addai-Robinson has a recurring role on “Arrow,” and she also recently appeared in “Texas Rising.”
