NBC has named Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Renner hosts for upcoming episodes of "Saturday Night Live," Hathaway on Nov. 10 and Renner on Nov. 17. Rihanna will serve as musical guest on the Nov. 10 episode, while Maroon 5 will appear on Nov. 17.

TV production company Shine Group has hired Rich Ross as chief executive officer for Shine America, taking over for Carl Fennessy. Ross was most recently chairman at Disney Studios.

CW has signed on actor Grant Gustin to appear in "90210" in a multi-episode arc as a college student from a rich family. Gustin previously appeared on Fox's "Glee," and he will make an appearance on that show later this season.

Fox has added Mike Colter to the cast of "The Following," according to TVLine, the network's midseason drama starring Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy. Colter has previously appeared on CW's "Ringer" and CBS's "The Good Wife."

Jason Winer, director and producer of the NBC midseason drama "1600 Penn," has signed a new multiyear deal to remain at 20th Century Fox Television. Under the new deal Winer will launch his own production company, Small Dog Picture Company.

 

 

TAXI has made a pair of moves, including promoting Steve Mykolyn to chief brand officer. Mykolyn has been with the agency since 2001. TAXI has also brought in Frazer Jelleyman, naming him global chief creative officer. Jelleyman was previously group creative director at Red Bee Media.

Los Angeles entertainment marketing agency MerryMedia has made two moves, hiring Petra Luna as a senior consultant and promoting Jennifer Neal to director of marketing. Luna was most recently vice president at EMG, while Neal was marketing manager.

 

 

Scott Foundas has been named principal film writer at the Village Voice, with his reviews to run in all Voice Media Group's publications, including online and mobile platforms. Foundas had been associate program director at the Film Society of Lincoln Center.

 

 

Francisco Kattan has been named vice president of marketing at Exadel, a mobile software development company. Kattan was most recently senior director of product management at Alcatel-Lucent.

Web and software design firm Cyberset has named Mike Pearl project manager, working alongside Bahman Abbasian and Omid Samadi. Pearl previously managed the company's writing team.

 

 

Brandi Passante, a buyer on A&E's reality show "Storage Wars," has sued the now-closed adult web site Anyone Up and its operator, Hunter Moore, in U.S. District Court in California over what she says were fake photos and a video claiming to include her posted on the web site. The suit reads, "Passante never made any such video, has never had any contact with Mr. Moore and did not send him sexual images. Moore fabricated the video for the purpose of trading on Passante's fame and celebrity to draw traffic to his site."
