Radio personality Michael Savage has found a new home. Savage has signed on with Cumulus Media Networks, which has agreed to distribute "The Savage Nation" live from 9 p.m. to midnight beginning next Tuesday. Savage's show went off the air last month after the host won a legal battle against Talk Radio Network to be released from his contract.

Cumulus Media has named Ann McManus regional vice president for the Northeast, in charge of sales and operations. McManus joins from WEBE and WICC in Bridgeport, Conn., where she was vice president and market manager.

Arnold Worldwide has named Paul Stechschulte executive creative director at Arnold Amsterdam, reporting to managing partner and chief creative officer Pete Favat. Stechschulte was previously executive creative director at Pereira & O'Dell in San Francisco.

Crispin Porter+Bogusky has named Bob Winter executive creative director, in charge of the creative department in the agency's Miami office. Winter was previously chief creative officer at Y&R in Chicago.

Starz has made three promotions, naming Megan Reeder-Holman vice president of affiliate sales, Jamie Dosher senior director of point-of-sale and Leslie Toepfer senior director of affiliate sales. Reeder-Holman has been with the network since 1999, Dosher since 2001 and Toepfer since 1995.

Fox has promoted Shana C. Waterman to senior vice president of current programming, working with shows including "Glee," "Fringe," "Family Guy," "American Dad," "Raising Hope" and "The Mindy Project." Waterman had been vice president.

Steve Kern has joined NBC as senior vice president of program planning and scheduling, reporting to president of planning, strategy and research Jeff Bader. Kern joins from ABC, where he worked with Bader for 12 years.

ABC has added cooking experts Ludo Lefebvre and Brian Malarkey to the cast of its upcoming reality series "The Taste," joining Anthony Bourdain and Nigella Lawson as mentors. The new series will premiere sometime in 2013.

The Wall Street Journal has named Kristina O'Neill editor at WSJ. Magazine, replacing Deborah Needleman, who has become editor of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. O'Neill had been executive editor at Harper's Bazaar.

Hearst Magazines has named Jennifer Levene Bruno publisher at Town & Country magazine, as well as chief revenue officer. Bruno was most recently publisher and chief revenue officer at Veranda.

Susan West has been named executive editor at the Food & Environment Reporting Network (FERNnews), a non-profit news organization. Since 1995 West has helped run her consulting company, West Gold Editorial.

The New York Times has suspended columnist Andrew Goldman for four weeks beginning on Oct. 28, due to recent comments Goldman made on Twitter. Goldman got into a Twitter battle with novelist Jennifer Weiner earlier this month, following a column in which he asked "The Birds" actress Tippi Hedren if she was ever tempted to sleep with directors to help her career. Upon reading the column Weiner tweeted, "Saturday am. Iced coffee. NYT mag. See which actress Andrew Goldman has accused of sleeping her way to the top. #traditionsicoulddowithout." To which Goldman responded, "@jenniferweiner sensing pattern. Little Freud in me thinks you would have liked at least to have had opportunity to sleep way to top."
