Ogilvy & Mather has promoted John Seifert to chief executive officer, taking over for the outgoing Miles Young. Seifert was previously North America chairman and chief executive at the agency.
Baltimore agency Media Works has promoted Ashlea Wolcott to vice president, working with new business and digital management. Wolcott joined the agency in 2014 as senior digital strategist.
Out-of-home media company TSN Advertising has named Greg Flaherty chief revenue officer, effective immediately. For the past 20 years Flaherty has worked with the Los Angeles Clippers, where he was senior director of corporate sales.
Marketing agency Giant Spoon has brought in Chelsea Freitas as a strategist, working in the agency’s New York office. Freitas was most recently a strategic planner at Saatchi & Saatchi New York.
Outfront Media has named Marion Parrish senior vice president of digital operations, a newly created position. Parrish was previously vice president of operations at Premier Retail Networks.
Colle+McVoy has made two promotions, naming Ed Bennett executive design director and Sam Soulek design director. Bennett had been design director, while Soulek was associate design director.
Metamarkets, which provides analytics for programmatic advertising, has brought in Devan Fearman as vice president of marketing. He was previously vice president of marketing at SHIFT. The company has also promoted Jacob Mattingley, naming him vice president of product.
Actress Regina Hall has joined Hulu’s comedy pilot “Crushed,” about an African-American family that gets into the wine business in Napa. Hall most recently appeared on “Real Husbands of Hollywood.”
