JWT New York has named Sherri Chambers chief marketing officer, reporting to chief executive officer Lynn Power. Chambers most recently worked as a consultant with co: collective, and before that she was head of account management at The Barbarian Group.
Iveliesse Malavé and Favila Budyszewick have been named principals at The CC Shop, a new multicultural marketing, public relations, event management and social media agency. Malavé, who will serve as creative partner, was most recently at Univision. Budyszewick, who becomes managing partner, had been at Paul & Zewick Associates.
DDB North America has named Catherine Locker chief of staff, a new position at the agency. Locker was most recently group director for strategic marketing at Coca-Cola North America.
RAPP has promoted Justin Thomas-Copeland to president in its New York office, up from senior vice president and global chief client officer. Thomas-Copeland joined the agency’s London office in January 2015.
FCB Canada has named Stef Fabich director of integrated production, effective immediately. Fabich joins from Tribal Worldwide, where he was associate director of production.

Digital out-of-home company Reflect has named Lee Summers chief executive officer, replacing Bill Warren, who will remain on as executive chairman. Summers was previously manager of marketing, technology and strategic business development at Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Simmons Research has made a number of moves, including promoting Jackie Anderson from vice president of custom research to chief client officer. The company has also made two hires, naming Lois Brennan and Grant Ligon account directors. Brennan joins from Digital Clarity Group, Ligon from Invoke.
BEN Group has named Tamra Knepfer senior vice president at Greenlight, the company’s rights representation and music clearances arm. Knepfer previously ran the licensing and marketing agency TK Brand Group.
OZY Media has made three additions to its digital video team, naming Alexander Hotz and Kevin O’Dowd video producers and Natalie Roe video production assistant. Hotz joins from Coconuts Media, O’Dowd from the U.S. State Department and Roe was a freelance producer.
Comedian and actor Aziz Ansari will host NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” later this month, appearing along with musical guest Big Sean. Ansari will host the show’s Jan. 21 episode.
Actor Austin Nichols has joined A&E’s “Psycho” for its fifth and final season, playing a mysterious newcomer in a recurring role. Nichols most recently appeared on “The Walking Dead.”
