Long day's
journey on '24'

Witchy woman Sherry Palmer returns to Fox tonight

A deadly virus threatens Los Angeles , Tony gets shot in the neck, Kim is held hostage, Nina is back in Jack’s life, and the day isn’t even half over.

Hot off a Golden Globe win for best television drama on Sunday, tonight’s episode of “24” keeps the action rolling with the return of another original cast member. Sherry Palmer rejoins the series when she agrees to help her ex-husband, and tonight, he learns why.
Then, immediately following tonight’s episode (at least for East Coast viewers), Fox.com will premiere “24inside.” The 15-minute live web show is formatted like a celebrity talk show with host Amanda Byram and will air from 10 to 10:15 p.m. EST. Content will be available on the site for a week.
The first guest is none other than Penny Johnson Jerald, who plays Sherry Palmer. She and Byram (whose hosting experience includes stints on both Fox’s “Paradise Hotel” and the “Miss World” pageant) will discuss the episode with fans via call-ins, emails, and in-studio comments.
