And here they are
again, the Webbys

Top acceptance: 'Won Webby; next: beat Bush'

By Toni Fitzgerald

Ad-wise, the internet is still in full-recovery mode, but in creativity, which is what the web ought to be about, it's been another year of advances, which are again being recognized by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Science in it annual Webby Awards.
NASA won two Webby and a People’s Voice Award, becoming the most-honored organization at last night’s Seventh Annual Webby Awards.
NASA’s Earth Observatory was honored with best education site and www.nasa.gov received best government and law site. The space agency also won best education site in the People’s Voice voting, conducted online.
The Webby Awards honor consumer web sites from around the world. The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences boasts nearly 500 members worldwide.
For the first time, this year’s awards took place entirely on the internet, where CUWorld hosted a live videochat.
Animated characters created by the winners delivered the traditional five words or less Webby acceptance speeches.
Among the highlights: “Family photo site beats porn,” from Rising Star winner Snapfish, and “Won Webby; next: beat Bush” from best politics winner MoveOn.org.
Other dual Webby and People’s Voice winners were PayPal for best finance, Do-It-Yourself Network for best living, Lonely Planet Online for best travel and Flaming Lips for best music.
Web stalwarts Google (best news), eBay (best services) and ESPN.com (best sports) were also Webby winners.
Four international sites took home Webbys.

And here they are, the 2003 Webby Award winners:
