"Six Feet Under" had it all
over everyone else in this year’s Emmy nominations, announced early this
morning by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
HBO’s unconventional mortuary drama led all shows in nominations,
earning a total of 23 including those for outstanding dramatic series and
best actor and actress in a drama series.
"The West Wing" was close behind with 21 nominations, including
outstanding drama series.
The other shows nominated for outstanding drama series were CBS’s
"CSI," NBC’s "Law & Order" and Fox’s
"24."
Nominated for outstanding comedy series were "Curb Your
Enthusiasm" (HBO), "Everybody Loves Raymond" (CBS),
