At the box office over the weekend ended Nov. 15, “2012” was No. 1, bringing in $65.2 million, while “Disney’s A Christmas Carol” slipped to No. 2 with $22.3 million in ticket sales.

In DVD rentals for the week ended Nov. 8, according to IMDb.com, “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” debuted as the top rental, followed by another new release, “The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3.”

On iTunes yesterday morning, Lady GaGa’s “Bad Romance” was No. 1, followed by Owl City’s “Fireflies.”

And in books, “Ford County” by John Grisham debuted at No. 1 on the New York Times’ paperback fiction best-sellers list for the week ended Nov. 7, and at No. 2 on USA Today’s book chart for the week ended Nov. 8.
