'Grey's' leads
in seven-day DVR playback

Getting an average boost of 1.5 among adults 18-49s

"Grey's Anatomy" continues to lead all broadcast shows in seven-day-DVR-playback gains, though another ABC show scored its best-ever premiere playback numbers for the most recent week.

The highly anticipated final-season premiere of "Lost" saw a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating boost compared to its live-plus-same-day viewing, according to data from Nielsen.

That tied for the fourth-biggest gain for the week ended Feb. 7 in terms of actual number of viewers, behind "Grey's" (1.4), Fox's "House" (1.3) and NBC's "The Office" (1.2).

It marked the biggest L+7 jump for any "Lost" premiere, though that's relative; Nielsen has only been supplying these numbers for a few years.

Still, with the boost, "Lost" was the No. 1 scripted series for that week, finishing behind only the Wednesday and Thursday editions of "American Idol," the Super Bowl and the premiere of the new reality series "Undercover Boss."

Season to date, "Grey's" continues to lead all shows with an average L+7 boost of 1.5, lifting its weekly average to a 6.9. "House" and "Office" are tied for second at 1.2.

"Idol," broadcast's top-rated show, is gaining an average 1.1 on Wednesdays and 1.0 on Tuesdays.

The now-canceled "Dollhouse" leads all shows in percentage boost from L+SD to L+7, gaining 33 percent.
