The broadcast networks launched three new game shows last week, and last night two of them saw big declines in their second outing.

At 8 p.m. NBC’s “Celebrity Family Feud,” a revival of the old Richard Dawson game, posted a 1.9 overnight rating among viewers 18-49, off 17 percent from the 2.3 its premiere episode posted last week.

Similarly, ABC’s “I Survived a Japanese Game Show” fell 16 percent week-to-week, from a 3.1 to a 2.6.

The third new show last week, ABC’s "Wipeout,” was relatively unaffected by the second-week slump. The 8 p.m. game posted a 3.5 rating last night, down less than 3 percent from last week’s 3.6.

Meanwhile, NBC’s reality 9-11 p.m. competition “America’s Got Talent” saw a slight 6 percent boost from last week, from a 3.1 to a 3.3, and that helped the network edge the competition for the night in the demo.

NBC finished first in 18-49s with a 2.8 average overnight rating and a 9 share. Fox was second at 2.7/9, ABC third at 2.7/8, Univision fourth at 1.6/5, CBS fifth at 1.5/5 and CW sixth at 0.4/1.

At 8 p.m. ABC was first with a 3.5 for “Wipeout,” followed by NBC with a 1.9 for “Celebrity Family Feud.” Fox was third that hour with a 1.8 for “The Moment of Truth,” Univision fourth with a 1.7 for “Al Diablo con los Guapos,” CBS fifth with a 1.3 for a repeat of “NCIS” and CW sixth with a 0.4 for a “Beauty and the Geek” rerun.

Fox took the lead at 9 p.m. with a 3.6 for “Hell’s Kitchen,” while NBC moved to second with a 3.0 for the first hour of “America’s Got Talent.” ABC was third with a 2.6 for “I Survived a Japanese Game Show,” CBS and Univision tied for fourth at 1.7, CBS for “48 Hours Mystery” and Univision for “Fuego en la Sangre,” and CW was sixth with a 0.5 for a repeat of “Reaper.”

At 10 p.m. NBC jumped to first place with a 3.5 for the second half of “Talent,” with ABC second with a 2.1 for “Primetime.” Univision and CBS tied for third at 1.5, Univision for “Aqui y Ahora” and CBS for a repeat of “Without a Trace.”

NBC also finished first for the night among households, finishing with a 6.6 average overnight rating and an 11 share. CBS was second at 5.3/9, ABC third at 4.2/7, Fox fourth at 4.0/7, Univision fifth at 2.0/4 and CW sixth at 0.7/1.
