On a night where President Barack Obama's speech on the Iraq War delayed the broadcast networks' schedules by about 20 minutes, NBC picked up an easy victory.

The network averaged a 2.5 adults 18-49 rating and 7 share, according to Nielsen overnights, well ahead of second-place Univision at 1.8/6.

NBC had the night's top show in "America's Got Talent," which averaged a 2.9 from 9 to 11 p.m.

The networks had generally low ratings for Obama's 8 p.m. speech, though final numbers for that address won't be released until later today.

Meanwhile, ABC placed third for the night at 1.7/5, Fox fourth at 1.3/4, CBS fifth at 1.1/3 and CW sixth at 0.3/1.

As a reminder, all ratings are based on live-plus-same-day DVR playback. Seven-day DVR data won’t be available for several weeks. Thirty-seven percent of Nielsen households have DVRs.

At 8 p.m. ABC was first with a 2.1 for Obama and "Wipeout," while Univision and NBC tied for second at 1.5, Univision for  Obama and "Hasta que el Dinero Nos Separe" and NBC for Obama and "Minute to Win It." Fox was fourth with a 1.2 for Obama and a "Glee" rerun, CBS fifth with a 1.1 for Obama and a repeat of "NCIS," and the CW sixth with a 0.4 for a "Plain Jane" repeat.

NBC took the lead at 9 p.m. with a 2.8 for "Talent," followed by Univision with a 2.1 for the end of "Dinero" and start of "Soy Tu Dueña." ABC was third with a 1.9 for the end of "Wipeout" and "Shaq Vs.," Fox fourth with a 1.4 for more "Glee," CBS fifth with a 1.3 for the end of "NCIS" and the star of an "NCIS: Los Angeles" repeat and CW sixth with a 0.3 for a repeat of "Life Unexpected."

At 10 p.m. NBC was first with a 3.0 for more "Talent," with Univision second with a 1.8 for the end of "Soy" and start of "Aqui y Ahora." ABC was third with a 1.2 for the end of "Shaq Vs." and start of "Primetime" and CBS fourth with a 1.0 for the end of "NCIS: LA" and beginning of a repeat of "The Good Wife."

NBC also led the night among households with a 5.7 average overnight rating and a 10 share. CBS was second at 4.7/8, ABC third at 2.9/5, Fox fourth at 2.4/4, Univision fifth at 2.2/4 and CW sixth at 0.7/1.
